WHO WE ARE
V-CLos is a 3DCG live production collective driven by the students of Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, exploring the next generation of entertainment.
Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind virtual experience that fuses the "overwhelming passion of live performance" only possible at a music college with "cutting-edge 3DCG technology" utilizing a motion capture system.
From planning to performance, sound design, CG motion, and visual direction, everything is created by the students’ own hands, continuing to broadcast innovative expressions that only we can achieve.
VOCA-Fes SeriesFLAGSHIP PROJECT
"VOCA-Fes Series" is the flagship live project brought to you by the combined forces of V-CLos.
At its core lies our "absolute dedication to live performance". In VOCA-Fes, real-time band performances generate an enthusiastic groove.
This series is also the "culmination of our research". Under the theme of "a different technical challenge for every performance", we open up new possibilities for fan-made live shows.
TEAM STRUCTURE
Performance Team
Responsible for band performance, manipulation (control of synchronized sound sources), and lead sheet (score) production.
Sound Team
Responsible for sequence production (programming) and vocal tuning.
Visual Team
Responsible for dance capture of student actors using the on-campus motion capture system, 3D motion production, and background visuals (VJ).
PR Team
Plans and executes PR strategies to promote our live performances.
In addition to these internal sections of V-CLos, by establishing a cooperative system with student staff (lighting and sound) outside the project,
we bring together campus resources and balance academic research with on-site technology.
